How long does shipping take for complete bicycles?

Complete bicycles require a professional safety inspection and partial disassembly for secure transport. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days, with transit times ranging from 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Do your bikes come fully assembled?

To ensure safe shipping, bikes are delivered 85% assembled in a reinforced box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic multi-tool and instructions, but recommend professional assembly for optimal performance.

What is your return policy for cycling apparel and components?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For cycling apparel, tags must remain attached and the garment must be in unworn condition. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets or installed drivetrain components.

Do you offer manufacturer warranties on frames?

Yes, all framesets purchased through Rouleur Cycles are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers defects in materials and workmanship. We are an authorized dealer and will assist you in processing any warranty claims.
